All orders ship within 7-14 business days after processing (not including holidays or weekends)
When you first place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
LightFit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We DO NOT give cash refunds
Online purchases are valid for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the ship date.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
