RETURN and EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds on our merchandise. However, online purchases are valid for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable). Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.

All orders are shipped within 7-14 business days of processing. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LightFit is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, you must directly contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must report it as a claim to USPS.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Please be sure to provide your accurate billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Inaccurate information can cause delays in processing and/or cancellation of your order.
